Klewang Tusuk Lombok Sassak Kulit Semangko 0820.

Klewang Tusuk Lombok Kulit Semangko 0820 - Another rare example of a long stabbing sword called the klewang tusuk from the island of Lombok. Typical handle form, is a floral representation of the Garuda mungkur, is made from buffalo horn and is encased at the grip and base with plain silver. The wooden sheath is made from well selected flashing grained woods, having plain silver alloy, or alpaka, bands and bottom tip.

Long and very sturdy blade with an unusually straight profile, (most klewangs are saber like) having a deep fuller running along the middle, with the top quarter having a double sharp edge, and a very pointy tip.

Pamor patterns are arranged in the mlumah technique of the kulit semangko or melon skin variations, which is said to enhance the owner's popularity.
